Event - Default Duration fixed @ 1 hr?
Is the default duration for events fixed @ 1 hr and non-changeable via preferences?
As a Merlin Mann / 43folders / GTD disciple, it's important to me to continue to fight the fight to regain control of our time. One way that NetSuite (and all calendar makers) can help is to make the default duration customizable.
Personally, I would prefer it to be 15 minutes, and if I could just take the one small action of making the default event across our company 15 minutes, I think it would change a lot. I know, I know, they can just change it every time, but we all know how many people "go with the flow" and accept the defaults. If all we had in our lives was 60 minute meetings, we would never get anything done.
