Table relationships
We are currently customizing the various tables (custom fields) in preparation for the big import from our old system. In looking at the tables I am confused about where I should add my fields.
There are 4 tables apparently related to relationships that I count. Entity, Customers, Contacts and Companies. Can someone please explain from a database/custom field perspective how these tables interrelate and for each stage of the customer lifecycle where the data goes?
