show create date in lead details

Hi,

when users come into netsuite from my form I have the details I need about them . I am trying to add so it shows me the " Create date "   in the leads details....  but I cant seem to get it in there in the custom tab that i made...

it shows in the general lsit of leads.. but I cant get it into the custom tab..

how would i do this?
