NetSuite for IP voice communication company

I hope I'm posting this on the right place.
We have someone which would like to open a company selling business IP voice communications, could NetSuite work for a business communication company, also because the billing is so complicated how dose NetSuite handle this complication, does anybody know from a building provider which could be integrated with NetSuite which specializes in communications.
