PDF Templates: Including Other Custom Fields
How do I include Other Custom Fields on a PDF Template? I have additional department fields that i would like to display on a PDF template.
We have multiple DBAs and have created additional department fields for address and Logo. I would like to use the department's values instead of the form's or account's settings.
Is this possible? If so, what is the format? I tried {department.custrecord_dept_address}
