Categorizing CRM Leads, Prospects, and Projects/Task
Hello Community,
I have gone through documentation in NetSuite and have not found a specific solution for the above.
I have a client who has a number of different CRM Groups which he would like to keep segregated --- let's call them A, B,C, and D lists with D being Active Projects (which are a little different than most service companies as these are R&D internal project, so the company is their own customer).
What is the easiest way to code or label these lists so they can be viewed separately? Especially important with Project/Task lists pulled up in the Employee Center, which now contains a master CRM list containing some very confidential leads.
