How to route order fullfillment email replies to NS?
Background
TedUnlimited LLC is in the process of implementing NS and has commissioned a third party developer to devise a custom email fulfillment notification process as a workaround for the shortcomings of the NS order fulfillment email native solution. This custom solution entails utilization of a standard email template and script that executes upon saving the order fulfillment record.
Issue
The script is hard-coded to send the email from shipping@tedunlimited.com, however, customer email replies to the order fulfillment email notification are not routed to our NS instance. Is there any way to accomplish this? One of the main reasons that we chose NS is the robust CRM with the ability to capture email replies.
