Custom Quota & Forecasts
Hi Guys,
Currently the Quota function is currently default to set a value in currency. However some of our sales users want to be targeted on number of products to sell rather than a value of the sales.
For example rather than setting a target of say £500 for the month. They would like to set a target of selling 100 products.
Problem being that if you enter 100 into the quota box it will change this to £100.00.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about creating something with similar functionality to the Quota and Forecast function (such as the managers ability to edit the sales agents targets) that would enable us to enter a numeric value rather than a currency value so that our sales agents can work towards a number of products rather than value of the sale?
