Assembly BOM Cost Estimator

We are a manufacturer of custom electronics and for all custom builds that we get from our customers we have to quote out in Excel.  We find the last cost of a member item, put it in Excel, add our labor and markup, and find the customers price.  I think it would be much more powerful to quote directly from NetSuite.  All of the information is there, cost of members in an bill of material item, I just can't figure out a way to do it.

I am sure I am not the only one who can benefit from a cost estimator like this.  Any thoughts or ideas on how to build one?
