add Contacts subtab fields in the Lead/Prospect/Customer form?
Hi,
We would like to add a new entry field in the Contacts subtab for "Mobile Phone". We have a custom Lead/Prospect/Customer form setup, but I can't see a way to change the Contact fields that show on the Contacts subtab of the General tab.
Currently, if a user goes to add a New Lead, and they enter a new Contact for that Lead, there is no way to enter that Contact's mobile phone # from the Contact subtab. The fields available now are: Contact, Job Title, Main Phone, Email, and Role.
Is it possible to add a "Mobile Phone" entry field between the current "Main Phone" and "Email" fields? If so, where do I do this?
