Lead Source & Campaigns
Hi, We're trying to customize the Lead Source options that show up on the Customer Form, under the Marketing Tab. We have Marketing Automation turned on, so I've entered in Campaigns for each value we want to show up in that list. However, when I go to enter a new Customer Record, that Lead Source dropdown lists the ID # in front of the name, and the values aren't sorted Alphabetically/Numerically/Date Created/ID. Is there a way to get rid of the Campaign ID in the Lead Source dropdown? And how can we order them so they're not randomly listed in
