How can i get an image on Packing slip PDF print loutput

I have tried to customize Packing lip PDF layout, i need an image output from item fullfillment print.
when i aded a custom image field and ourced an emage, when i tried to inhert that field on pdf layout.
on the iutput it is not showing , its just showing field lable.

please help me on this.
