Update existing custom record via online form
Is it possible to UPDATE a custom record via online form?
I have built a custom record and an online form for that record containing a single field (search field). Upon entering a value and clicking submit, a user event script uses the value to search sales orders, grab specific field values, and update the custom record with those values.
This works.
What I'd like to do next is call a 2nd online form (by setting in the workflow re-direct) that will retrieve information from this custom record, display the exisiting values, and allow the user to input additional values to the custom record, without disturbing the existing values. Upon submit, the same custom record will be updated.
