Moving the accounts to Netsuite
HI,
we have two comapnies, they are completely different in all aspects. One use Netsuite for processing orders and the other use quickbooks. We want to transfer the accounts from quick books to Nesuite. We are trying to undertand how can we do it and how does they work. Has any one does this kind of work before.
Some of our doubts:
Is there a way of allocating a user with two different roles like “Role 1” and “Role 2”. One role completely deals with one company and the other deals with the other company.
If we are going to define roles how are they going to be mapped internally? Eg: If we are taking orders for one company the corresponding products of that company should be displayed and also the invoice or the order acknowledgement.
