Customize Transaction Emails

When I use the "Save and Email" button on Bill Payments, Invoices, Purchase orders etc a PDF gets sent to the relevant company email address.

I have been able to customize the PDF's how I require but I want to customize the contents of the email that is sent with the PDF. Id o not want to have to edit it every time I send one. I want to just customize the default content so I can continue to use "Save and Email".

Can anyone advise how to do this?
