Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Scripting Record Creation
Hi all,
I was wondering if I could get some opinions on just how much work would be involved in customizing NetSuite to do the following. FYI I've had experience with client-side scripts before, but not server side scripts.
What we want is to track when sales of certain items are due for renewal, and have the system create opportunities for our sales reps.
So for example we may quote a 12-month on-site support contract. After the quote is turned into a sales order and saved (or fulfilled, or invoiced, as may be more appropriate), we want a new type of record to be created (say a 'Renewal Tracking' record) which has all the basic details of the SO, plus fields like 'start date', 'renewal date', etc. The system checks these records periodically (daily?) and once any are within 30 or 60 days of the expiry date, it creates an opportunity record, linked to the old quote and SO.
