Custom Country Field, ID not as expected
I'm trying to create a field on a custom record that uses the Country list as the source. The field type is list/record. When I select a country from the list, the UI shows me the country name as expected (i.e. "Afghanistan"). When I try to get the value from that field using nlapiGetFieldValue(), it returns "3", instead of "AF" or "Afghanistan".
At this point, I would normally switch to using nlapiGetFieldText(), but I'm actually trying to filter on this field in a search. The search only works if I use "3" as the filter for this field. It doesn't work if I use "AF" or "Afghanistan".
