Source Address Sublist Items
Hello,
I need to be able to source the address into a custom field select box on a case record. In other words, I need an employee to be able to select from the customer's addresses in a list or add a new address to the sublist from a case record.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to accomplish this? I've tried a custom field sourced from the Address Book List/Record, but I cannot get that to filter by the customer nor does it allow addition of a new address.
Any help would be much appreciated!
