Customize Global Search - Remove/Groupe Customer Questions/Answers

Hi,

Is there a way to remove/exclude Customer Questions/Answers from the Global search? for example we type 14200 and we get like 30+ customer questions.



Instead of going through all these just to find the item is fustrating. Is there a way were we can remove or group the customer questions so when we type 14200, instead of showing like 30+ customer questions we only see 1 grouped customer questions. We want the item to display at the top, then the image and then the grouped customer questions.

If anyone wants to read the customer questions they can click on the Group customer question link and they can see the 30 questions.
