Schedule Script - Passing Parameters

I have a suitetlet where the user enters certain variables/parameters and then I want to pass these to a schedule script.  I am getting a null value in the parameters passed to the schedule script.  Can anyone look at the following code and let me know what I am doing wrong??  Thanks for your help..
