Customer Profitability Restriction - DEADLINE MONDAY!
Good evening all!
I am facing quite the dilemma.
I am working on custom roles for my company, and the owner has asked that we remove 'Customer Profitability' access
(Reports>Customer/Receivables->Customer Profitability)
I have discovered that if I remove Sales Force Automation from the sales person role, (in manage roles: removing 'Reports-->Sales Force Automation'), it removes this, but it also removes critical information such as quotas and forecasting, etc...This is a big big problem.
As only an intermediate level user currently, is there any way that this report can be removed? I am supposed to have this rolled out on Monday...so it may be a long weekend!
