Customer Saved Search - To show User Notes

Hello,

I have a customer saved search to look at
Transaction:Status (pending fulfillment)
Transaction:Main Line : True

and Results :
Customer Name,
User Note (memo)
Transaction : Item (name) or Store Display name.

but the item code or the store display name doesnt display...

anyone got any ideas?
