Single location to load jQuery on all pages

Hello, Sorry if this is an obvious one. I come from a MVC.net development background but am new to netsuite development. What I'l like to do is load jQuery from the google cdn on all pages by including it in one place, ideally a master view or something similar. Is there a simple way to achieve this within netsuite? I dont want to include it on individual pages because I want one place to mange the version that is used.
