Creating an "items purchased" tab on sales orders and quotes
Hello All -
I apologize if this is a super-newbie question - but, I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to create an "items pruchased" tab that would appear on sales orders and quotes. We would actually love it to be exactly how the "items" tab is set up on the customer records. It would show all the items (including quantities) that a customer or a prospect has purchased on past transactions.
I began trying to see if I could possibly create a saved search and display the results on a new tab...but I am stuck when it comes to limiting it to only display items that the customer that the transaction is being entered under has purchased. Is this possibly? Any ideas or help would appreciated!
