Set due date - adding days to a date field
I was trying to create a simple workflow to Set Order Due Date to 1 Week from Order Date.
The workflow seems fine when I set the due date field to the transaction date value. I just can't add 7 days to it successfully.
The workflow formula page suggests I can use the add days function "nlapiAddDays", but that doesn't work. Maybe it's trying to use the wrong language or the wrong trigger/language combination.
...or maybe it's because I'm trying to use a workflow on an External Sales Order.
In general, does anyone know how you target the External Sales Order for workflow actions as opposed to the Internal version ?
