Location fields
Couple of question about trying to get Location fields to print out.
1] Has anyone managed to actually get the full country name to print?
{location.country} only gives the initials - and I'm sure that {location.country.name} USED to work, but not anymore
2] There appears to be no option for printing the Addressee and Attention fields - which seems a little odd as these are obviously critical fields.
