Custom Hyperlink from Custom Record to Time Entry form

Hello,

I have created a Hyperlink field on my custom record that I am auto-populating with a default formula to take the user to the Time Entry form.

I was able to use the formula to navigate the user to the Time Tracking record and auto-populate a few of the fields, Employee, Customer/Project and Project Task (case/task/event), but I can't get it to populate my custom record field that I am originating from and have on the Time Entry form.

Does anyone know what needs to be in the URL for a field on the form to be populated?
