New Address - Remove "addrtext"

Hello,

I'm wanting to remove the ability for staff to add address's to customers via the New Address / Address (addrtext) box once they click the Override (override) tick box.

This is causing issues as our integrated shipping needs to have the address fields in the correct NS fields, eg Address 1 / City / State / ZIP / Country.

I can see where the address form is customized in the Setup / Customization / Address Forms. This doesn't allow me to disable the above to fields. Does anyone know how to do this via a workflow or script. If so can you please provide details on how to do this.
