Need to get 2 things into an E-mail template (Ship Date and Term description)

Hello Everyone,

I am having a challenge.  We use allot of E-mail templates and our sales and admin teams would like to automatically pull the TERMS description into the e-mail template, as well as the "SHIP DATE" on another. Not the Actual Ship Date, but rather the ship date.

I cannot find any system values to pull this, so I must have to create a new value and pull the data somehow, however I am not sure how I can do this.

Anyone have suggestions on a way to do this?
