EchoSign Issues

We are in the process of rolling out EchoSign and have installed the bundle.  I have found during testing that any user that can view the customer or transaction screens in NS can delete a signed agreement.  I have tried various changes to the permission on both the items in the bundle and our user roles and cannot find a solution.  EchoSign has informed me that it is not possible to prevent a user from deleting a signed agreement.  I cannot believe that someone has not had an issue with that yet.

Any thoughts?
