Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Trying to Update Customer Center
From our case forms we have two tabs: User Notes and Files
Of those tabs I was able to add them to the external case form. Each of them are not functioning properly.
1) The user notes does not show at all on the customer center
2) The files show but you are not able to open or view them
Does anyone have any idea why or what I am doing wrong? Are there certain permissions that are not allowed in the customer center?
I can always file a case but just wanted to see if anyone had an idea.
