Require file attachment(s)?
We constantly have people submitting incomplete expense reports, purchase requests, sales orders, etc. because they either forget to click the Add button after uploading their file or forget to upload their file. Sometimes the file tab is listed under History, sometimes General, sometimes Communication. For the casual NetSuite user, it is difficult to navigate and successfully attach file because process is clunky and not intuitive. Long term, we'd like the process to be more user friendly, but in the meantime, is there a way to require that a file be attached on certain forms? Or at least have a dialog
