Can't suorcing custom field

Hi guy,

I need to create a custom date field in case page, This field must be sourcing form startdate(standard field) in project page. Can you help me to create this field?

A) I create a list field of project on cast page for sourcing.

I create a date field but in the source form field don't have startdate field to choose.
