Quickview event

I noticed that in saved searches, the quickview popup gets cached after the first time it pops up, which means that you have to refresh the browser to see updated info in the popup.

Does anyone know of a way to display updated info subsequent to the first popup?

Note sure if the new beforeload quickview event can be used or if its the same deal - a one trick pony as it gets cached after the initial popup.
