Workflow Create Record: Populate New Field with Formula + Text

I think this is a pretty simple one, I just couldn't find an example anywhere.

I have a workflow which creates a new task off of transactions. I'm simply trying to set the title of the task to "Sent {tranid}". I can use the formula field to just drop in the {tranid} and it works perfectly, I just don't know how to add the text string in front of it.

Hopefully it's as simple as I'm guessing it is, but either way thanks in advance.
