Parent-Child Custom Field/Saved Search Help

I have 2 custom fields used on Replacement SO's (i.e. cust wanted to return prod for a replacement) that allow a CSA to choose which RA and Original SO the replacement order is for.

Field 1: Drop down on SO that shows RA's for specific customer
Type = List/Record
List/Record = Transaction
Applies to = Sale
Source List = Sales Order
Source From = Created From
Filter Using = Type, Compare Type = equal, Value Is = Return Authorization
Filter Using = Customer, Compare Type = equal, Compare to Field = Customer

Field 2: Drop down on SO that shows SO's for specific customer
Type = List/Record
List/Record = Transaction
Applies to = Sale
