Telephone number format

Hi,

I use NEtsuite in India, Will it be possible for me to ensure that all mobile phones are entered in the format +91-XXXXXXXXXX and +91 could be automatically added to the number.

I use csv import for records and unfortunately it does not accept + in the box and the numbers are entered incorrectly

How can I set the mobile number format in Netsuite
