Update Column Field - How to

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is possible VIA WORKFLOW to update a column field con a Quote/Estimate for EACH line based on a value set on the main section.

I other words, the user will have the option to select just once, at header level, a value that when saving the order will update each line with the selected value.
