Can you 'hide' Questions....

Is there a way to 'hide' questions assigned to a specific group?

ie a question allocated to "Finance Department" could be hidden from specific 'sales reps' to which the content is irrelevant.  I know you can filter it out using views, but I specifically want to block access to it so that if someone went looking they couldnt access?

Any ideas?
