Pop up note when customer selected in sales order
We have internal notes on a few customers that we'd like to pop up in the sales order so the sales rep can see them when entering an order. Typically our sales reps enter sales orders directly rather than by going through the customer record. So the note would be added to the customer record and, unless the sales rep goes into the customer record, they may not know of the note. Does anyone else have this? If so, any suggestions how to set this up would be great. Thank you.
