Get Bill from Purchase Order

Say I have a purchase order that has already been billed.  In the Related Records > Bills & Receipts tab, I see the bill(s) listed.  How would I go about getting the ID of bill(s) via suitescript?

I tried using the billingtransaction field both in a script and as a result in a search, but it always comes up empty.  I have successfully be able to use this field to get the invoice from a sales order, so why not here?
