how to remove ONLOAD="page_init()" in body tags?

When I kept the "<body> tag attributes" field empty in "website theme setup - General", the source code of my site shows the info below:

<body bgcolor='#ffffff' link='#282828' vlink='#282828' alink='#282828' text='#000000' style='margin: 5px 0px 5px 0px;' onload="page_init()">

It seems that NS added the default properties in my body tags. How can I remove them?
