User Notes: Customization Possible?
We make extensive use of user notes to keep all staff current on our vendors and customers. A saved search emails everyone a "User NOtes Digest" of the previous day's entries.
Question: Is there any way to customize user note fields so as to limit user digest including *all* user notes? Example is we want to send out all user notes for customers and vendors but NOT user notes made on, say, an employee record.
