Combining All Communications
Does anyone know if it is possible to combine all communications under one tab? Can we create a tab and add e-mails, phone calls, user notes, etc in a sequential order?
For example:
If a user enters a phone call to a customer, and then they follow up with an e-mail. I would like for both of those to show under one tab instead of having to go to the Activities sub-tab. Then if the user enters a tracking note or user note I would like for that to show in the same tab as messages.
Any ideas?
