can anyone recommend a good developer to make me some email marketing templates in netsuite?

Im looking to work some functions in that are a little more advanced than my understanding like emailing a previous customer with an offer on items that are assigned as "related items" to the items that have previously purchased with us.

like "Hey john, as our way of saying thanks for shopping with us, we would like to offer you this discount on these other items you may need to go with the parts you previously purchased from us"

or "hey john, based off of what you purchased from us, you may also like these parts" or something like that.
