Transform POs to Item Receipt

Is it possible to use nlapiTransformRecord to transform multiple POs into a single item receipt using suitescript?  If it is, could someone give me a snippet as a starting point?

Second, does anyone have any documentation on the new Landed Cost per Line feature within Item Receipts?  It isn't in the 2013.1 records browser and I can't find any 2013.2 records browser.  Any information would be helpful.
