Print Item Label with Pricing

edited Jan 8, 2020 3:32AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 1 comment

Hi all. I am trying to easily print shelf labels for our showroom that show price, SKU and item name. The PRICE shown must include tax (in Australia which is our GST - we must show retail pricing incl GST/tax).

We have price levels setup as:
Base Price - our selling price excl GST/tax
Incl GST - Base Price + 10%
Other Price 1
Other Price 2

From:
Transactions > Management > Print Cheques and Forms > Print Item Labels.

I select "Price Level" = "Incl GST", and for the most part it works OK.

HOWEVER, if there is no value in the "Incl GST" price field, the price shows another price - it just picks up the first non-empty value in the order of the price levels (e.g. first base price, then incl gst, then other price 1, then other price 2).   This obviously creates havoc with the pricing labels.

Howdy, Stranger!
