Search for multiple static items at a time

I am new to Netsuite but have worked with programs before where we could  do saved searches or queries with multiple fields and could restrict down to specific results by entering multiple identifiers within a field.  The program we use has a restrict to section and you just click on the field you want to restrict down on and paste in the Ids you want to show.  The restrict to screen is there for any query you want to do.  All you have to do is click what you want to restrict down on.  It makes it easy to retrieve
