2013.2 Records Browser

Any idea where the 2013.2 Records browser is?

- changing 2013_1 to 2013_2 in the URL doesn't work
- help only still points to 2013_1 for me
- I am specifically trying to find out what the field named "round up quantity as component" is.  Not enabled for inline editing, and the field only has "help is coming soon".
