Using the LSA Date in Transaction Search
Before the last update to the LSA bundle, we used to use the Last Sales Activity Date in a number of transaction searches. For example, we'd send follow up emails 3 weeks after a SO was fulfilled, but check the LSA Date on the customer record to make sure we hadn't already talked to that customer recently.
With the latest update the LSA is now a custom record joined to the Customer. Because of this, the field isn't available on a transaction search. I'm trying to find a way that I can still accomplish the same thing. I've tried to setup a workflow to populate a custom field on the customer record, but I can't reach into the related record on a workflow, so that doesn't seem to work. I could possibly populate it on load, with a formula, but with the Workflow I need to store that value so that isn't working either.
